Product Description:
The Durock PUCCS and InsulROCK EIFS Wall Systems are Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) consisting of an adhesive, expanded polystyrene insulation board, base-coat, reinforcing mesh and a finish coat. InsulROCK uses two coats of moisture barrier plus an adhesive whereas PUCCS uses the second coat of moisture barrier as the adhesive. The InsulROCK System differs from the PUCCS System in that it uses flat insulation boards, whereas the PUCCS System features insulation boards grooved on the backside. The PUCCS EIFS uses geometrically-defined drainage cavities that is 10 mm deep and 37% open area.

Identification:
The Durock PUCCS and InsulROCK EIFS Wall Systems components are identified by a marking bearing the report holder’s name (DuRock Alfacing International Ltd), the product name, the manufacturing location, the serial number, the Intertek Mark, and the Building Code Listing Report Number (BCL-18050).
The Durock PUCCS and InsulROCK EIFS Wall Systems are under a follow-up services inspection program for verification of continued compliance in accordance with Article 3.1.5.5 and Article 3.2.3.8 of the 2020 NBC.
