PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Northwest XL, Northwest XL AB and Ecoasis are laminated shingles that consists of engineered asphalt and fillers applied onto a fiber glass mat. Ceramic colored granules cover the exposed top surfaces. Northwest XL AB features the Scotchgard Algae Resistance Roofing System from 3M. Ecoasis includes solar reflective granules. A self-sealing adhesive strip is applied to the underside by the finished edge; the saw tooth or pattern designs are laminated to the shim or backer-strip with a proprietary adhesive formula. Shingle exposure is 5-5/8" with an approximate weight of 260 lbs per square and dimensions being 13-1/4" x 40".
