Unit, Mortise or Cylindrical Latches with up to a 5" backset/Surface Mounted Vertical Rod Fire Exit Hardware/Lights - 1,200 sq.in./Mortised or Surface Mounted Top and Bottom Bolts/Metal Edges required on pairs and double egress.
Maximum Size of Opening
Singles - 3'0" wide x 9'0" high or 4'0" wide x 8'0" high
Pairs - 8'0" wide x 8'0" high
Double Egress - 8'0" wide x 8'0" high
Door-Transom Assemblies - 3'0" wide x 9'0" high for a 3'0" wide x 6'0" high single door and a 3'0" wide x 3'0" high transom panel
