PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The model 864 HO is a vented gas fireplace heater. This heater is designed for installation in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Evaluated to the Following:
Intertek Testing Services NA (Intertek) has conducted testing for Travis Industries, on 864 HO, to evaluate construction and performance. Testing was conducted in accordance with safety requirements, following the standard methods of ANSI Z21.88-2009/CSA 2.33-2009 Vented Gas Room Heaters, CAN/CGA 2.17-M91 Gas Fired Appliances for use at High P.4.1 Canadian Efficency Method for Gas Fireplaces Altitudes, and applicable portions UL 307b Gas Burning Heating Appliances for Manufactured Homes and Recreational Vehicles. This evaluation began April 12, 2010 through April 16, 2010 and was completed May 5, 2010 through May 7, 2010.
The model 864 HO has been found to be in compliance with the applicable performance and construction requirements of the follow criteria: ANSI Z21.88-2009/CSA 2.33-2009, “Vented Gas Fireplace Heaters” and UL307b-1995, “Standard for Safety for Gas-Burning Heating Appliances for Manufactured Homes and Recreational Vehicles.”
The conclusions of this report may be used as part of the requirements for Intertek product Certification. Authority to Mark must be issued for a product to become Certified.
