Firelock Insulated Modular Panels are used to construct fire resistive and high temperature insulative vaults for the purpose of protecting documents, electronic media, or other items of value. They consist of an expanded metal interior surface. The panels measure 6 in. in thickness. The UNVENTILATED vault system incorporates a Listed internal fire door and a Listed external fire door, and a through-penetration firestop system for cable transit. The interior surface and exterior surface are clad with 1 layer of 5/8-in. Type X gypsum wallboard.
