RIGIDIZED® C-Class IMO Honeycomb Panels: The panels consist of an aluminum honeycomb core with metal faces adhered to both sides. The metal faces are available in any grade of aluminum or stainless steel with or without a proprietary textured finish. The panels are also available with USCG Type Approved melamine-faced aluminum skins. This listing covers but is not limited to the panel constructions listed below:
- RMC Anodized Aluminum Ceiling Panel: Consists of an aluminum faced honeycomb sandwich panel. One side of the panel is anodized and the other has a mill finish.
- RMC Aluminum Bulkhead Panel: Consists of an aluminum faced honeycomb sandwich panel. One side of the panel is anodized or mill finish and the other has a mill finish.
- Rigidized® Aluminum Bulkhead Panel: Consists of an aluminum faced honeycomb sandwich panel. One side of the panel is anodized or mill finish with selected Rigidized® Textured pattern and the other has a mill finish.
- RMC Stainless Steel Bulkhead Panel: Consists of an Type 304 stainless steel faced honeycomb sandwich panel. One side of the panel is Type 304 stainless steel #4 finish and the other has a Type 304 stainless steel 2B or #4 finish.
- Rigidized® Stainless Steel Bulkhead Panel: Consists of an Type 304 stainless steel faced honeycomb sandwich panel. One side of the panel is Type 304 stainless steel #4 finish with selected Rigidized® Textured pattern and the other has a Type 304 stainless steel 2B finish or #4 finish with selected Rigidized® Textured pattern.
- RMC Stainless Steel Sanitary Partition Panel: Consists of an Type 304 stainless steel faced honeycomb sandwich panel. One side of the panel is Type 304 stainless steel #4 finish and the other has a Type 304 stainless steel 2B or #4 finish. Sanitary partition consist of water closets, urinals, and showers.
- Rigidized® Stainless Steel Sanitary Partition Panel: Consists of an Type 304 stainless steel faced honeycomb sandwich panel. One side of the panel is Type 304 stainless steel #4 finish with selected Rigidized® Textured pattern and the other has a Type 304 stainless steel 2B finish or #4 finish with selected Rigidized® Textured pattern. Sanitary partition consist of water closets, urinals, and showers.
- RMC Metal Core Bulkhead Panel: Consists of an Aluminum Melamine Wilsonart Series 900 "Metal Core" faced honeycomb sandwich panel. One side of the panel is Metal Core and the other has a mill finish aluminum or Metal Core. Arvinyl USCG approved vinyl laminates are an approved alternative to Metal Core when specified.
