The model S260 Coal Gun is constructed of sheet steel with a power fed coal stoker for use with anthracite Pea coal. The hopper sits on the top right front of the unit, The combustion blower is located on the rear of the unit The pressurized and ASME H certified water vessel is located above and midway down both sides of the firebox.
Based on testing the model S260, smaller model S130, and the two larger models S500 and S1000 will be included in the evaluation as similar models. The models S130, S500, and S1000 will use the same clearance to combustibles and common electrical components (Section 5.1 references electrical components that are exclusive to the individual models).
