PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The pre-cast stone product is a modular stone or brick siding composed of a 2-3/16” to 4” thick high density polystyrene foam having an interlocking, machined tongue and groove perimeter. A manufactured stone or brick appearance from 1/2" to 2” in thickness manufactured primarily from Portland cement, and pumice and meets the ASTM criteria for manufactured stone. The siding is available in flats sections up to 24” x 36”. Corners, ends and trims are also available from the manufacturer. The brick is a face brick 1/2" thick cut or cast.
The MgO-porcelain product has a 2-1/4 in. thick Type XV EPS foam panel, and the 1/2 in. ExtremeGreen MgO board is adhered to the EPS panel, with the outermost layer as porcelain, adhered to the MgO board.
The ICAP cladding is similar to the above mentioned CastleRock Cladding with a max foam thickness of 2-1/4 in. Adhered to the face of the foam is 1/2 in. of MgO board in order to give the material its rating to NFPA 285. Similar to the CastleRock Cladding, manufactured stone or brick appearance from 1/2 in. to 2 in. thickness stone can be adhered to, in this case, the MgO board.
The siding is available in flats sections up to 24 in. × 36 in. Corners, ends and trims are also available from the manufacturer.
