PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KS45 Shadowline Interior (KS45SLI) and KS45 Flat Interior (KS45FLI) are factory-assembled non-load bearing interior or exterior wall or ceiling foam insulated wall panels. The core of the panels consists of PIR or Quadcore foam that is continuously poured-in-place between the metal skins. The panels have a dual tongue and groove joint stacked one over the other and are formed with a “C” shaped ¼ inch diameter nosing. The interior joint is filled with a non-skinning butyl sealant. As an option, the exterior joint can also be filled with sealant. The panels are attached directly to supporting structure using through-fix fasteners.
KS45 panels range in thickness from 51 mm (2 in.) to a maximum foam core thicknesses of 203 mm (8 in.) The panel width is 1143 mm (45 in.). The metal facings are painted minimum 26 gauge steel on the exterior and interior face of the panel. The primary applications include interior walls, ceilings.
