PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KS Series and Optimo Panels are metal faced, foam insulated wall panels. The core of the panels consists of PIR or Quadcore foam that is continuously poured-in-place between the metal skins. The panels have a dual tongue and groove joint stacked one over the other and are formed with a “C” shaped 6 mm (¼ inch) diameter nosing. The interior joint is filled with a non-skinning butyl sealant. As an option, the exterior joint can also be filled with sealant.
KS Series and Optimo Panels range in thickness from 51 mm (2 in.) to a maximum foam core thicknesses of 152 mm (6 in.) Panels are available in widths of 610 mm (24 in.), 762 mm (30 in.), 914 mm (36 in.), 1016 mm (40 in.), and 1067 mm (42 in). The metal facings are painted 22, 24 and 26 GA. steel on the interior face and 22, 24 and 26 GA. steel on the exterior face of the panel. The panels are secured with 12 GA stainless steel hidden fastener clips and ¼-14 HWH Tek 3 zinc coated self-drilling screws.
