Composite Technology International Wood Door Frame (with or without kerf) for use in 20 minute positive pressure fire rated applications without hose stream per UL 10c and NFPA 252.
For use with Listed and Labeled fire rated Category A or Category B Steel Doors (not including Steel Faced Wood Edge Doors), Listed and Labeled fire rated Category A or Category B Wood Doors, or Listed and Labeled fire rated Category A or Category B Fiberglass Skinned Doors.

Note: When used with Listed and Labeled fire rated Category B type fire doors [or with Listed and Labeled fire rated Category A type fire doors which do not include a Listed intumescent applied around the perimeter (lock stile, hinge stile, and top rail) of the door (including but not limited to Listed and Labeled Category A Steel Doors)], 1 strip of a Listed intumescent (Pemko HSS2000 or equivalent) must be applied around the perimeter (rabbet) of the Composite Technology International Wood Door Frame (lock jamb, hinge jamb, and head jamb).
A Listed fire rated kerf gasket is required to be installed around the lock jamb, hinge jamb, and head jamb for the Composite Technology International Wood Door Frame kerf design.
For use in fire rated masonry, drywall with wood stud, or drywall with steel stud wall assemblies such that the Composite Technology International Wood Door Frame is installed within a wood buck.
