- SynDeck® 1.5 IMO Underlayment SS1295: Product is described by manufacturer as a 3-component, aggregate filled, 100% solids amine cured epoxy-flooring product. The system includes a 2-5 mil layer of SynDeck® Bond Coat (SS1222) prior to application of SynDeck® 1.5 IMO Underlayment SS1295.
- SynDeck® Flex IMO SS1285: Product is described by manufacturer as a 2-component, 100% solids waterproofing underlayment. The product may be applied to steel decks as a primary deck covering. The product may also be applied to other properly prepared substrates.
- SynDeck® Ultra Lightweight Underlayment SS1290FC: Product is described by manufacturer as 3-component, aggregate-filled, 100% solids amine-cured epoxy primary deck covering. The system includes a 2 – 5 mil layer of SynDeck Bond Coat (SS1222) prior to application of SynDeck Ultra Lightweight Underlayment SS1290FC.
- SynDeck® NuFlex Epoxy SS1286: A two component, 100% solids, waterproofing coating that meets IMO FTP Code 2010 parts 2 and 5 for floor finishes. This product is a resilient decking material and water barrier and is formulated to be applied directly to metal and other properly prepared substrates. It is a troweled product, with good flow and leveling properties.
- SynDeck® Navy Epoxy SS5300: An amine-cured epoxy top coat flooring system. This product cures to a resilient, high-gloss film and is available in an array of colors. It can be applied over deck underlayments. IMO Epoxy SS5300 series is self-leveling, has superior gloss and can be applied at lower temperatures (50°F/10°C) with no blushing. This product comes in clear and standard colors and is dry for foot traffic overnight.
- SynDeck® Deep Light Weight Underlayment SS1394: Product is described by manufacturer as 3-component, aggregate-filled, 100% solids amine-cured epoxy primary deck covering. The system includes a 2 – 5 mil layer of SynDeck Bond Coat (SS1222 or 1322) prior to application of SynDeck® Deep Light Weight Underlayment SS1394.
- SynDeck® Marine Epoxy SS5400 Color Series: Product is described by manufacturer as an amine- cured epoxy coating. It can be applied over properly sealed deck underlayments, properly prepared metal substrate, and properly prepared existing epoxy coatings.
The product below is used with two of the systems listed above, as indicated, and is therefore manufactured under this Third-Party Quality Assurance and Follow-Up Inspection Program. However, it has not been evaluated independently or Certified by Intertek for use other than described above.
- SynDeck Bond Coat (SS1222): Product is described by manufacturer as a low viscosity, water-clear, 100% solids epoxy specifically designed as a primer material to be used in conjunction with installation of underlayment material.
