Knauf Earthwool® 1000º Pipe Insulation (4.0 pcf)
Knauf Earthwool
® 1000º Pipe Insulation is a molded, heavy-density, one-piece insulation made from inorganic glass fibers bonded with proprietary ECOSE® Technology using bio-based binder. Product is produced in lengths of 3 feet in sizes to accommodate from ½ inch to 24" nominal pipe sizes. Product has been qualified as noncombustible without optional factory-applied jacket. This pipe insulation is used in applications to insulate pipe or tube in industrial applications with temperature range from 0º F – 1000º F.
Knauf Elevated Temperature Board Insulation (2.8 pcf)
Knauf Elevated Temperature Board Insulation is a lightweight (2.8 pcf density) glass-fiber, semi-rigid, board-like insulation bonded with proprietary ECOSE® Technology that uses a bio-based binder. Product is available in thicknesses from 1 inch to 4 inch; widths of 24 inch or 48 inch and lengths of 48 inch to 120 inch. These board products are for applications such as boiler walls, hot precipitators, hot ductwork, cylindrical tanks, towers, stacks and industrial ovens.

Knauf Elevated Temperature Panel Insulation is a lightweight (2.4 pcf density) glass-fiber, semi-rigid, board-like insulation bonded with proprietary ECOSE® Technology that uses a bio-based binder. Product is available in thicknesses from 1 inch to 4 inch; widths of 24 inch or 48 inch and lengths of 48 inch to 120 inch. These panel products are for applications such as ducts and precipitators, boilers, vessels and industrial ovens.
Knauf Elevated Temperature Blanket (1.1 – 1.6 pcf)
Knauf Elevated Temperature Batt (1.1 - 1.6 pcf)
Knauf Elevated Temperature Blanket and Batt are semi-rigid flexible light weight thermal insulations. These consist of glass-fiber bonded with proprietary ECOSE® Technology that uses a bio-based binder. Product is available in thicknesses from 1-1/2 inch to 4 inch. The Batt is available in size 24 inch wide x 48 inch long. The Blanket is available in sizes of 48 inches wide x lengths from 40 feet to 120 feet and supplied in rolls. These Batt and Blanket products are used in high-temperature marine applications, industrial furnaces, boilers, vessels and industrial ovens when lighter-weight insulation is needed, or if flexible insulations are needed for irregular surfaces.
