The Firefly 109 recessed lighting cover is a shell constructed of a mineral fiber-matrix which has an intumescent property. The product is designed to protect ceiling openings that are made to accommodate recessed lighting fixtures in rated floor-ceiling construction. The product is placed over the light fixture on the top side of the ceiling. The product is available in the following shapes and sizes and is constructed with vent slots that can be used to accommodate wiring.

- Dome Shaped: Sizes 300mm and 350mm
- Cone Shaped: Sizes 200mm and 250mm
