D-1BPMS/New Acrovyn cladding for use on fire rated doors and frames as noted below. Cladding is surface mounted on the frames and the entire door including edges. Can also be used in kick/push plate, D1 Frame, and D2 Frame applications.
Approved uses:
- 20 minute wood fire doors (Particle board core with wood stiles & rails, surface mounted or concealed intumescent required).
- 60 minute wood mineral core fire doors with non-combustible stiles & rails. Surface mounted or concealed intumescent required.
- 90 minute wood mineral core listed fire doors utilizing listed G-P Mineral Cores. Surface mounted or concealed intumescent required.
- 60 minute standard steel UL Subject 63 fire door frames. Intumescent edge seal required. For use with temperature rise or solid core doors only.
