Van-Packer’s
Model GZ Series Pre-fabricated Grease Duct System consists of cylindrical factory-built, prefabricated, duct sections and system components that are mechanically coupled together and designed for zero clearance to combustibles except as noted in the corresponding Intertek Listing. The inside diameter of the Model GZ Series Grease Duct that forms the inner liner varies between 4 to 36 inches. The Model GZ Series Grease Duct is a double wall construction with the outer diameter of the outer shell being 6 or 8 inches greater than the inside diameter of the stainless steel liner. The Model GZ Series Grease Ducts are available specifically as Model GZ or Model G4Z. The Model GZ duct has a 3-inch annual space and the Model G4Z a 4-inch annular space between the inner liner and the outer shell. The space is maintained by steel clips has nominally 3 inches of alkaline earth silicate fiber insulation wrapped around the inner liner.
