Extruded Aluminum Door Frames (Knock-Down) for installation in 20 minute locations in Steel/Wood Stud Drywall Openings without Hose Stream.
Limitations: Use with labeled 20 minute Fire Rated, Negative/Neutral Pressure tested, Flush Design Wood Doors with Wood Stiles and Rails. Cylindrical Latch with 2-3/4" Backset Automatic or Manual Flush Bolts/Surface Mounted Bolts/Surface Mounted Fire Exit Hardware. Zero International FS3003 Intumescent Strip must be provided on Door Frame. (See manufacturer's installation instructions).

Limitations:
Use with labeled 20 minute Fire Rated, Negative/Neutral Pressure tested or VT Industries Positive Pressure tested, Flush Design Wood Doors with Wood Stiles and Rails. Cylindrical Latch and Mortise Latch on VT Industries Door with 2-3/4" Backset Automatic or Manual Flush Bolts/Surface Mounted Bolts/Surface Mounted Fire Exit Hardware. Zero International FS3003 Intumescent Strip must be provided on door frame or alternately. Rectorseal "Blazeseal" Intumescent Strip must be used for frames that use a labeled 20 minute fire rated negative/neutral pressure listed door. A 1/8" thick x 3/4" wide aluminum bar must be installed in both faces of the header, under the Snap-On Trim. (See individual, specific manufacturer's installation instructions).
Note: Four-point latching, or three-point latching with Astragal must be used.

Pemko HSS2000 Intumescent Strip or 1/8" thick x 3/4" wide Aluminum Bar must be installed on both faces of the frame header under the Snap-On trim. (See manufacturer's installation instructions).
