CAN/CSA A277 Rated Factory Built Homes
The factory built Accubuilt Homes Ltd. modular units are constructed at the Accubuilt Homes Ltd. facility and transported to the intended dwelling site. When completely assembled the units are equipped with all normal facilities to connect to municipal plumbing and electrical services. The units are constructed in one (or more) sections, which are connected at the building site. The units are transported to the building site on steel carriers, which may be removed when the unit is set on a permanent foundation.
The Intertek WHI mark warrants the proper installation at the plant and adherence to necessary local codes of all structural, plumbing, heating and electrical services and intends to circumvent the necessity to inspect, by local authorities, the above mentioned services. The WHI mark does not cover site connections to municipal services, other units or site mounting features.
