PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hardware Limitations:  Cylindrical / Cylindrical with Deadbolt / Mortise / Card Reader / Butt Hinges / Spring Hinges / Continuous Hinges / Concealed Hinges / Pivots / Surface-Mounted Vertical Rod Fire Exit Devices / Rim-Type Surface Mounted Fire Exit Devices / Surface Bolts or Mortised Flush Bolts / Surface Mounted or Concealed Door Bottoms / Surface Mounted or Concealed Closers or Overhead Stops / Viewer / Vision Kit: Temperature Rise = Maximum of 960 in2 in temperature rise glazing for a 45-90 minute rating; Non-Temperature Rise = 2,176 in2 for a 45 minute rating and 1,344 in2 for a 60-90 minute rating / Raceway / EPT / Plant-Ons / Protection Plates / Reveals and Inlays.

The doors noted within this listing may be installed with a 3/16” (maximum) gap between the door and frame interface (not allowed at the meeting edges of pairs) for a 60 minute rating (at the discretion of the AHJ) for use in any listed “Category C – Standard Frame” (grouted or un-grouted) only.  A listed fire rated strike shim is required to maintain full engagement of the latch bolt into the strike of the frame when using a listed passage door lock with a 1/2” throw or otherwise a listed passage door lock with a 3/4” latch bolt throw is required.  Maximum 4'0" wide x 8'0" high singles and maximum 8'0" wide x 8'0" high standard pairs and double egress.

The product noted above has been tested and qualified per UL 10C, NFPA 252, and CAN/ULC S104 for a 90 Minute Positive Pressure Fire Rating.  

These doors are eligible for use in any "Category C - Standard" frame. These doors may also be installed in frames listed in "Category C - Proprietary" in accordance with the frame manufacturer's individual listing.

The door noted above is eligible to bear the "S" (for Smoke & Draft Control assemblies) if a listed "Category H - Smoke & Draft Control Gasket" has been applied to the assembly. Please refer to Category H for individual gasket manufacturer's listings.
