HK Low-Conductivity Wall Ties are designed to be used in tilt-up and precast concrete panels. The ties are manufactured from a plastic resin. Model numbers for the product are ST50, ST60, ST75, ST80, ST90, ST95, ST100, ST108, ST115, ST120, ST130, ST145, and ST150. The Standard Wall Ties accommodate rigid insulation thicknesses of 2, 2.5, 3, 3.25, 3.5, 3.75, 4, 4.25, 4.5, 4.75, 5, 5.25, 5.5, 5.75, and 6 inches. ST50 and ST60 (SD Series) have a diameter of 0.5 in and are to be used with 2- and 2.5-in. insulation. The remainder of the models (LD Series) have a diameter of 0.57 in. and are used for insulation thicknesses of 3 through 6 inches.
