PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fire Rated Door and Fire Rated Door/Frame Assembly. Door construction consists of 12 GA Galannealed, Galvanized Steel or Cold Rolled Steel door panel with steel stiffeners and mineral wool or fiberglass insulation. Door frame consists of 12 GA Galvannealed, Galvanized, or Colled Rolled steel.

LIMITATIONS
Install Fire Door in minimum 12 GA Steel, Fire Rated Frame approved to UL Subject 63, UL 10C, NFPA 252 (positive pressure), or CAN/ULC-S104, and compliant with applicable NFPA 80 requirements
When istalled in fire rated gypsum/steel stud or gypsum/wood stud construction, the following conditions apply:

Anchoring options shall comply with UL Subject 63 and NFPA 80

Minimum 2x6 wood studs

Minimum 16 GA steel studs

Minimum number of 5/8-in. Type X gypsum board per side:

1h - 1 layer

The door and frame assembly shall be de-rated to matchthe fire rating of the wall if installed in less than 3h rated construction.
Use minimum Grade 1 Fire Rated Latch with minimum 3/4-in. latch throw.
This door shall be installed in accordance with NFPA 80 requirements.
