PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Van-Packer’s
Model GRZ Series (with Stainless Steel Inner Liner) Pre-fabricated Grease Duct System consists of rectangular factory-built, prefabricated, duct sections and system components that are mechanically coupled together and designed for zero clearance to combustibles except as noted in the corresponding Intertek Listing. The inside dimensions of the Model GRZ Series Grease Duct varies between 4 to 48 inches. The Model GZ Series Grease Duct is a double wall construction with the outer diameter of the outer shell being 6 to 8 inches greater than the inside diameter of the inner liner. The annular space between the inner liner and the outer shell has nominally 3 inches of alkaline earth silicate fiber insulation wrapped around the inner liner. The Model GRZ Series (with stainless steel inner liner) ducts comply with the following specifications:

- Minimum Interior Dimension: 4 in.
- Maximum Interior Width to Height Ratio: 6:1
- Inner Liner: Minimum 20 GA stainless steel
- Outer Shell: Minimum 24 GA aluminized steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel for ducts with outside dimensions less than or equal to 36 in. and minimum 20 GA aluminized steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel for ducts with outside dimensions greater than 36 in.
