Layers of Terraco External Insulation & Finishing System which is installed on the outside of the building as a cladding system that provides exterior walls with an insulated finished surface and waterproofing.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Terraco External Insulation & Finishing System comprises of many layers of different products.
Terraco Styrofix - This is an adhesive for the Terraco Exterior Insulating Finishing System used to adhere the insulation boards with the base wall. The application thickness is 4-6mm.
Terraco Styrobond DP - This is a basecoat/adhesive for Terraco Exterior Insulating Finishing System. This is primarily used as an embedding mortar applied over the EPS boards surface to embed the Terramesh and Corner Bead. The application thickness is 3-5 mm.
Terraco Terramesh - This is a Fiber glass mesh used as a reinforcement material in the EIFS system. After the Styrobond DP is cured (24 hours), Terramesh is cut to the required dimensions and placed on top of the system. Another layer of Stryrobond DP of 1-2 mm thickness is applied on top of the mesh and cured for 24 hours.
Terramesh HI (509) - This is a Fiber glass mesh used as a reinforcement material in the EIFS system. After the Styrobond DP is cured (24 hours), Terramesh is cut to the required dimensions and placed on top of the system. Another layer of Stryrobond DP of 1-2 mm thickness is applied on top of the mesh and cured for 24 hours.
Terraco Tex Primer - This is an acrylic based pigmented primer used as the adhesion promoter for top layer coat. This is applied at a thickness of 30 - 40 microns on top of the cured 2nd coating of Styrobond DP layer.
Terrabond-A - This is an acrylic based pigmented primer used as the adhesion promoter for top layer coat. This is applied at a thickness less than 40 microns on top of the cured 2nd coating of Styrobond DP layer.
Silshine Metallic - This is a exterior masonry topcoat based on acrylic and silicone polymers and pearlescent pigments used on pigmented exterior coatings. The application thickness is 100 to 150 microns.
Superwood TC - This is a water-based, exterior decorative wall finish, which replicates the appearance of wood. The application thickness is 0.2 - 0.25 mm.
Terralite glaze-coat - Application thickness less than100 microns.
Terralite Undercoat - Is applied prior to application of Terralite range of stone coatings. The application thickness is 0.15 - 0.2 mm
Terralite Fine - This is a decorative natural stone coatings. The application thickness is 1.2 – 1.5 mm.
P Primer Textured HB - This is a fine-textured primer designed to use for exterior and interior surfaces of concrete, plywood, anti-rusted primed steel etc. The application thickness is 0.2 – 0.3 mm.
Terracoat BT - This is a ready-mixed acrylic textured coating formulated from crushed and precisely graded fillers, acrylic binders and additives. The application thickness is 0.5 – 1.0 mm.
Terralite Trustone - This is a stone effect exterior coating based on Acrylic polymers and mineral aggregate. This is applied in 1.5-2mm thickness.
Styroskim Putty - StyroSkim Putty is a ready to use flexible filler and skim coat for fine leveling of Terraco EIFS basecoat surfaces (Styrobond DP applied surface).The application thickness is Thickness: 1 mm
Styrobond CF-100 - This is a fibre reinforced, cement-free basecoat. The application thickness is 1.5 – 2.0 mm.
Terrafix W42 - This is a two compound, high flexibility, wall tile adhesive. The application thickness is 1.5 – 2.0 mm.
Vapogar AC-110- This is an one pack anti carbonation topcoat. The application thickness is 0.20-0.25mm
Vapogard AC-220- This is a high performance one pack anti carbonation topcoat. The application thickness is 0.25-0.30mm
Terracoat Excel, Terracoat Granule, Terracoat Fill Granule, Terracoat superfine and Terracoat Fine - Thease are the decoarative coatings applied on the surafces. Depending upon the finish they are named differently.
Decorend Fine- The application thickness is 3mm for this decorative coating.
Terracoat Suede - The application thickness is 1.5 mm for this decorative coating.
Terracoat Stain - The application thickness is 0.1 mm for this top coat.
Terracoat Stain SIL- The application thickness is 0.1 mm for this top coat.
Terracoat Stain NP - The application thickness is 0.1 mm for this top coat.
Terracoat Stain SIL NP - The application thickness is 0.1 mm for this top coat.

The above mentioned different layers of the system have been tested to ASTM E84 (2016) - Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials and have the following ratings:
