Lorient North America ESRP Raceway Intumescent Company: Lorient North America Limited

Lorient North America ESRP Raceway Intumescent for use in up to 20 minute listed fire rated door assemblies as noted below.  ESRP Raceway Intumescent is inserted into the raceway bore of the door for raceways that pass between profiled/routered sections of the door or that pass between stile/rail and panel interfaces as noted below.

*Raceway cannot be left empty, must contain Lorient ESRP Raceway Intumescent product.

*Maximum two raceways per door leaf.  Minimum 12" of solid material between raceways.
Minimum Stile, Rail and Core Density 46 lbs/cu.ft.
Minimum 1-3/4” overall door thickness.
Particle Board Core Routered Profile Door Routing:
Maximum depth 9/16"
Maximum width 1-1/2"

Minimum distance from rout to bottom of door 10"

MDF Stile and Rail Panel Door Raised Panel:
The minimum finished thickness of the raised panel shall be 1-1/4” thick with a minimum 5/8” thickness at the tongue and groove interface.  Maximum 1-1/2” reveal width.
 
*Maximum raceway bore – 3/8”.

*Raceway cannot be left empty, must contain Lorient ESRP Raceway Intumescent product.

*Maximum two raceways per door leaf.  Minimum 12" of solid material between raceways.
Minimum Stile and Rail Density: 46 lbs/cu.ft.
 
Minimum Panel Density: 48 lbs/cu.ft.
Minimum 1-3/4” overall door thickness.

Testing Standards

UL-10C (Positive Pressure), NFPA 252, and CAN / ULC S104 with hose stream.

Consult the door manufacturer's product listing for all other restrictions and limitations on the door leaf.
