The STARC RealWall (previously Wall System) is produced in 1 inch thick insulated aluminum and steel panels for use in the healthcare sector. The panel is made in widths of 12, 18, 24, 32, and 42 in. The panel has a height of 6 ft 10 in. and telescopes to 10 ft 3 in.
The panel was tested to ASTM E84 and S102 with no joints and with the aluminum face exposed to the flame. The test was on the panel and did not include the gaskets or exterior foam.
