Nailor 1600 Series are exterior fixed-vane louvers fabricated from 6063-T6 aluminum. Listed models within the 1600 series include: 1604JF, 1604DHPF, 1605WDF, 1606DHPF, 1605WDF, 1606JF, 1606WDF, 1606WDVF.
Maximum size is 120" x 84" in either height or width.

Design pressures vary by louver cross-sectional area (width x height) and the use of blade supports. Use Tables 1, 2, and 3 (Appendix A attachment) to determine pressure rating.
- Table 1 defines single-panel width design pressures for louvers which have blade supports spaced greater than 30 inches and less than 54 inches.
- Table 2 defines single-panel width design pressures for louvers which have blade supports spaced less than or equal to 30 inches.
- Table 3 defines design pressures determined by Mullion Limitations.
The least design pressure value found in the tables is applicable for the louver configuration.
