CSA A277* "Procedure for Certification of Prefabricated Buildings, Modules, and Panels" - Prefabricated wall panels only
The factory built structures are constructed at the White River Contracting, LLC dba Rocky Mountain Homes manufacturing facility located in Hamilton, MT and transported to the intended building site. When the prefabricated wall panels are completed to the stage conforming to the approved drawings, the panels are packaged and transported to the intended building site, ready to be assembled and finished.
The certification covers the structural and the related building envelope components for in-factory built prefabricated wall panels.
The Intertek mark warrants an approved in-factory certification procedure, applicable to prefabricated buildings and components that complement the required on-site inspection. Intertek mark assures the proper fabrication of wall panels at the plant and adherence to all necessary local codes and local jurisdiction's approved plans. The Intertek mark does not cover the site wall panel connections, insulation, interior finishings, other not certified components, or site mounting features.
