Eva-Last WPC deck board is composed of High Density Polyethylene, Wooden Powder and Additives (such as color masterbatch, UV Resistance Reagent, anti mould agent and couping agent) and co-extruded with a wood grain pattern.
Eva-Last WPC deck boards are intended for use as exterior decks including stairs.
Eva-Last manufactures seven products, Non-grooved deck board DSN02, Grooved deck board DSG02, Stair Tread SST01, Grooved semi-capped STGJ02AE, Square edge semi-capped STGJ03AE, Single-sided semi-capped STGJ04AE and Square edge semi-capped STGJ02AEN used as stair tread. All deck boards are co-extruded with indentical co-extruded interiors and face Eva-Last Deck boards use two attachment methods, Tiger-Claw hidden fastening system for grooved boards and Deck screws for solid boards.
DSN02: Product size is 140 mm (width)×23 mm (thickness), and are produced in seven colors: TIGER COVE, SPANISH SAFFRON, KONA SUNSET, CAPE TOWN GREY, ESPRESSO ROAST, SAPPHIRE SILVER and SAHARA SAND.
DSG02: Product size is 140 mm (width)×23 mm (thickness), and are produced in four colors: TIGER COVE, SPANISH SAFFRON, KONA SUNSET, CAPE TOWN GREY.
SST01: Product size is 325 mm (width)×30 mm (thickness), and are produced in four colors: TIGER COVE, SPANISH SAFFRON, KONA SUNSET, CAPE TOWN GREY.
STGJ02AE: Product size is 136 mm (width)×25.4 mm (thickness), and are produced in four colors: Tiger Cove, Cape Town Grey, Oasis Palm, Caribbean Coral
STGJ03AE: Product size is 136 mm (width)×25.4 mm (thickness), and are produced in four colors: Tiger Cove, Cape Town Grey, Oasis Palm, Caribbean Coral
