Pellets are augured through a fuel hopper to a combustion chamber, where the pellets are ignited by an electric ignitor. The pellets are burned to cook and/or smoke food. The pellet feed is regulated by an electronic control board located on the external pellet hopper. The fire is maintained by a combustion blower that brings combustion air to the chamber. |
