Double leaf single acting doorset in wood frame:
Door leaf core - Ramkor FD90 Plus - 64mm thick
Door frame - Hardwood (density - 640 kg/m3 (minimum))
Door leaf size (active) - 950mm x 2357mm x 64mm (w x h x thk)
Door leaf size (inactive) - 357mm x 2357mm x 64mm (w x h x thk)
Lipping - 10mm maximum thickness, Hardwood (density - 640 kg/m3 (minimum))
Door Frame size - 1405mm x 2408mm x 140mm (w x h x jamb depth)
Supporting Construction - The door assembly is tested in a masonry wall.
Minimum Latch Throw - 12mm (single point latch on the active leaf).
Top and bottom flush bolts are used on the inactive leaf.
The door handle and single lock cylinder are allowed to be installed only on the pull side of the door (hinge side).

Vision Panels
Steel vision kits – 5mm thick FireLite Glazing pane in the maximum size of 350mm x 450mm (0.1575 sq. m) can be installed with a 20mm edge cover using 1.5mm thick steel glazing beads, bolted to each other through the door core. 64 x 2mm thick Ramglaze Glazing liner and 5mm thick Ramglaze glazing tape (compressed to 3mm) must be used to install the glazing pane.
Hardwood vision kits – Pyrodur EW60-11, Pyroguard EW60-11, Pyran S, FireLite, Pyrodur 105 and Pyrobelite glazing panes in the maximum pane size 200mm x 400mm (0.08 sq. m) can be installed using minimum 35mm high x 28mm depth hardwood (minimum density – 640 kg/m3) glazing beads fixed with 30mm long counter sunk wood screws at 35° to 45° angle, 130mm c/c horizontally and 150mm c/c vertically, 50mm from corners.
Note - FireLite glazing panes with hardwood glazing beads are allowed for up to 60-Minute Integrity rating only.

The doorsets have been qualified for following ratings according to BS 476 Part 22 (1987):
Integrity - 90 Minutes
Insulation - 90 Minutes
