PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KS Series, Optimo and Karrier panels are metal faced, foam insulated wall panels. The core of the panels consists of PIR or Quadcore foam that is continuously poured-in-place between the metal skins. The panels have a dual tongue and groove joint stacked one over the other and are formed with a “C” shaped 1/4-inch diameter nosing. The interior joint is filled with a non-skinning butyl sealant. As an option, the exterior joint can also be filled with sealant. The panels are attached directly to supporting structure using hidden-fix fasteners.
KS Series, Optimo and Karrier panels with exterior skin thickness of 22 gauge and interior skin thickness of 24 gauge are produced in panel thicknesses of 2, 2-1/2, 3 and 4 inches. The standard panel widths are 24, 30 and 36 inches. The metal facings are most commonly painted. The primary application is architectural walls.
KS Series, Optimo and Karrier panels with interior and exterior skin thickness of 26 gauge are produced in panel thicknesses of 2, 2-1/2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 inches with panel width of 24, 30, 36, 40 and 42 inches. The metal facings are painted. The primary applications include walls, roofs and cold storage.
