Product Description
Category C "Proprietary Frame" - Positive pressure fire rated steel frame for installation in 45 minute locations in steel/wood stud drywall or masonry openings
Maximum Sizes:
Maximum 12'10" wide x 11'4" high transom/sidelight frame with a maximum 4'0" x 9'0" single swing door opening
- Double glazed sidelights and/or transom lights for 45 minuters, 1/4" thick listed and labeled fire rated wired glass or ceramic glazing in combination with 1/4" tempered glass.
- Minimum 5/8" stop height
- Maximum 54" width and height (clear view), and not to exceed 1296 in2 in area clear view (per light).
- Listed and labeled fire rated glazing tape (ceramic or intumescent) required.

UL 10C (2016), UL 9 (2009), NFPA 252 (2017), NFPA 257 (2007), CAN/ULC S104 (2015), and CAN/ULC S106 (2015)
All frames in this category are identified by a label or marking bearing the wording, "Listed Fire Door Frame", the Warnock Hersey Certification Mark, "UL-10C. Frames rated at less than 3 hours will have a time interval noted on the label/marking.
