The product covered by this report is a commercial, indoor use, wood fired grill. Installation is intended for use with an NFPA 96 approved hood venting system rated for appliances with a 700 degrees output. Minimum Hood size was determined to be 48" x 48" elevated 18" above the flue with a minimum flow rate of 330 CFM. A stainless steel workstation is supplied to stabilize the appliance; this appliance is not intended to be installed without the use of the supplied metal nest. |
