The STARC LiteBarrier (previously Lite Wall System) is produced in a single layer of 0.071 inch thick fiber-reinforced-plastic sheet, framed along the perimeter with an extruded aluminum profile. The panel is made in widths of 12, 18, 24, 36, and 48 in.. The panel has a height of 6 ft 10 in. and telescopes to 10 ft 5 in.
The panel was tested to ASTM E84 and CAN/ULC S102 with no joints and with the fiber-reinforced plastic sheet exposed to the flame. The test was on the panel and did not include the gaskets or exterior foam.
