Korolite Insulated Metal Panel is a 2 to 11 inch thick insulated sandwich panel, manufactured using 24 or 26-gauge galvanized pre-painted steel skin, which is bonded to the core (Korolite Expanded Polystyrene Type 1 per CAN/ULC S701.1) using a formulated adhesive. Each panel has a unique roll-formed edge for interlocking to the next panel when installed.

The wall panel assembly that achieved the air and water penetration ratings described above were sealed using Tremco Proglaze Silicon Sealant along the surface of the panel joints on both the interior and exterior sides of the test assembly.
