PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Designwall 4000 panels are metal faced, foam insulated wall panels designed for use as architectural exterior cladding. The panels are produced in thicknesses of 2, 2 ½, 3 and 4 inches. The standard panel widths are 24, 30 and 36 inches with other widths available. The metal facings are most commonly painted minimum 22 gauge steel on the exterior face of the building and painted minimum 24 gauge steel on the interior face. The facings can optionally be 0.040” aluminum on both faces. The DW4000 panel core consists of a continous pour-in-place polyisocyanarate foam or Kingspan's alternate Quadcore. The panels have a dual tongue and groove “ship lap” joint.
