Wood Door Frame (Veneer-Wrapped) (Pine) for installation in 20 minute positive or neutral pressure (with hose stream) locations in steel/wood stud drywall or masonry openings. The frame is a Category C (Proprietary) frame system and may be installed with doors of wood, steel (wood edge construction only) and fiberglass type construction only, that are Listed or Labelled for use as applicable for the installation. Jamb extensions allowed.

Double rabbet permitted as long as the minimum wall depth is maintained, from door-adjacent face to the back of the stop.
NOTE: Preps for Universal Industrial SOSS Hinge Models 218 and 418 are allowed with this frame for neutral pressure without hose stream ratings only (UL 10B and NFPA 252). These cut-outs pertain to a maximum individual leaf size of 4' wide x 8' high [maximum standard pair size of 8' wide x 8' high]. The frame thickness must be increased by 1/2" to account for the depth of the cut-outs. Universal Industrial's listed installation instructions must be followed.
