Product Description
Door Leaf - Glass reinforced concrete (GRC) based door leaf with GRP facings - Nominal thickness - 44mm to 46mm, with 40mm core.
Door Frame Material - GRP, Steel and Stainless Steel
Supporting Construction - Masonry or Plasterboard walls
Hardware and latching requirements - UL 10C listed mortise single point center latching hardware or listed surface mounted vertical rods - (top and bottom) with panic bar. Electric retraction option is allowed with both types with provision for the cable through the exit device.
Option A
Dortek Vision Panel Kit is allowed for up to 90-minute rating - Maximum sight size - 230mm x 230mm (w x h) and for up to 60-minute rating with Maximum sight size - 375mm x 575mm (w x h). Glass - a combination of 6mm thick tempered glass (outer glass panels) and 5mm thick Firelite glass (inner glass pane), overall thickness is 40mm or alternative listed glazing.
Option B
Dortek Vision Panel Kit is allowed for up to 90-minute rating - Maximum sight size -150mm x 797mm (w x h) or 350mm x 547mm (w x h). Glass - Pyrobel 120, 40mm thick glazing panes installed with 3mm stainless-steel flanges.
Electric Power Transfer Unit with 10mm conduit in door from lockset to hinge edge (ref: Assa Abloy – Securitron EL-EPT/EL-EPT-SC or alternative listed hardware) is allowed.
