The Cool Master H2 Cam-Lock and R1 Cam-Lock Insulated Metal Panels for use in Cool Master Walk-in-Cooler/Freezer units are factory made flat profile, painted steel faced (0.53mm or greater) foam core panels with foamed-in-place Camlocks. The panels are produced to a minimum thickness of 3 in. and a maximum thickness of 5 in. with a polyurethane foam core with a nominal panel density of 2.25 pcf. The panel widths range from 12 in. to 46.5 in.
Each panel is equipped with Cam-Lock locking mechanisms that allow the panel joints to lock together. All panels shall adhere to the minimum number of Cam-Locks per the table below.
