EZ Wall Premix, Somar Permacoat and Somar UniCoat Stucco Systems are factory-prepared mixtures of Portland cement, chopped fibers and proprietary additives. The mixture is packaged in 80-pound bags and is supplied in Concentrated and Pre-Sanded versions. For the concentrated version, 5 to 6 gallons of water and 200 to 240 pounds of sand are added to each bag in the field and mixed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
The pre-sanded version may be provided in bulk-bags. Water is added at 1-1.5 gallons of water per 80 pounds of mix.
