Progressive Foam has two panel types, Chrome and Interra. Chrome uses GPS material fabricated into 1 pcf (Type I) panels with no facer and a maximum size of 4 ft x 9 ft x 2-1/8 in. Interra uses GPS material fabricated into 0.8 pcf (Type XI) panels with the option of a single- or double-sided 1.5 mil facer and a maximum size of 4 ft x 9 ft x 2.28 in. Panels are fastened to supporting, 24 in. centered framing, using 4 in. self-drilling screws and 1.5 in. washers spaced 48 in. oc and 2 in. from edges. Panels may have optional perforations per manufacturer's specification.
Panels are certified to NFPA 286 (2019) for use on walls and ceilings without a thermal barrier in accordance with Section 2603.9 of the 2018 IBC and R316.6 of the 2018 IRC, as the specimen met the criteria set forth in the 2018 IBC Section 803.1.1.1.

Met the following performance criteria:
- During the 40 kW exposure, flames shall not spread to the ceiling.
- The flame shall not spread to the outer extremity of the sample on any wall or ceiling.
- Flashover, as defined in NFPA 286, shall not occur.
- The peak heat release rate throughout the test shall not exceed 800 kW.
- The total smoke released throughout the test shall not exceed 1,000 m2.
