1”-4” face-width jamb-stiles and header-rail, single or double rabbet, having 4"-12” face-to-face dimension and ¾”H x 1-1/8”W integral frame stop. 1"-4" face width jamb stiles; 1"-16" face width header rail (to contain door operator), cased open profile, 4"-12" face-to-face depth dimension.

Glazing frame integral to door or glazing frame
Ballistic-rated vision lites are permissible. Minimum glazing size 12” x 12”; Maximum glazing size per certification. The framed opening shall be lined between door skins with minimum 12 Ga Z-liner, plug welded to both skins. The built-in glazing retainer (threat side) shall be two (2) thicknesses 12 Ga material (door skin + Z-liner). The removable glazing retainer (secure side) shall be 0.100” (ref. 12 Ga) thick steel material with welded corners, ground smooth, and affixed to the door with minimum ¼” dia. screws located 2” from corners and spaced 8” max O.C., min. 3 per side. Minimum glazing pane size is 12” x 12”; Maximum per glazing certification. The glazing retainer (secure side) shall be 0.100” (ref. 12 Ga) thick frame material with welded corners, ground smooth, and affixed to the framing with minimum ¼” dia screws placed 2” from corners and spaced 8” max O.C., minimum 3/side.
