The Cool Master Continuous Insulated Metal Panels for use in Cool Master Walk-in-Cooler/Freezer units are factory made pre-painted Galvanized Steel faced (0.53mm/26 Ga), foam core panels. The panels come in two facer profiles: flat with no profiling, and flat with rib profiling. Both profiles can be produced with a smooth surface or an embossed surface.
The panels are produced to a minimum thickness of 3 in. and a maximum thickness of 5 in. with a polyurethane foam core with a nominal core density of 2.34 pcf. The panel width is 44.5 in. with a maximum length of 60 ft. Each panel is equipped with a tongue and groove locking mechanisms that allow the panel joints to lock together.
