The model CP-WFG is a Commercial Wood Fired Grill rectangular in design with an open top and front. Dimensions are 72-in wide by 36-in deep by 52-in tall. A 21.75-in wide by 15.25-in tall. The unit has a 12”w x 12”t x 12”d grate which sits directly on the Hearth pad of the unit, Fuel is added to the grate, as the coals fall from the rack they are spread over a 32” x 67” hearth pad with 1.25” thick fire rock base creating the heat source to cook the food. Adjustable cooking grates hang from the back of the unit for food cooking. The sides and the back of the unit are lined with 1.25” thick fire rock. |

FLOOR PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS
Unit is to be installed onto a non-combustible surface. The non-combustible surface must extend a minimum of 36-inches from the front and 30-inches beyond both sides of the grill opening.
Grill must be installed and operated under an NFPA 96 certified grease hood sized in accordance with the grill manufacturer’s requirements.
Grill is to be installed only on a non-combustible platform that can support the weight of the grill. No combustible materials may be stored under the grill.
