FIRE DOOR FRAMES
Steel Door Frame (12-16 gauge) - frame consists of 2 halves riveted together with 3/16" steel rivets. For installation in 60 Minute proprietary wall design as noted in Intertek Spec ID 63976. The wall utilizes a proprietary design that interlocks into the panel system through a set of interlocking tabs on both sides of the frame. For use with listed wood or wood-composite doors or listed commercial steel doors (honeycomb, foam, temperature rise, or steel stiffened core).

NFPA-252, Standard Methods of Fire Tests of Door Assemblies;
UL-10B, Standard for Fire Tests of Door Assemblies;
UL-10C, Standard for Positive Pressure Fire Tests of Door Assemblies;
CAN/ULC S104;
and are installed, unless otherwise noted, in accordance with the following:
NFPA-80, Standard for Fire Doors and Other Opening Protectives;
Manufacturer's Installation Instructions;
All frames are identified by a label bearing the wording "Fire Door Frame" and the Intertek WH Certification Mark for 60 minute fire protection.
