CSA Z241 Series* Park Model Trailers
The Park Model Trailers manufactured at Countryside Homes & RV, Bowden, AB manufacturing plant facility, are single units, and single storey, of conventional wood frame construction built on a single chassis mounted on wheels. These units are designed to facilitate relocation from time to time, and be used as living quarters for seasonal camping. Each Park Model Trailer shall have a gross floor area not exceeding 50 m2 when in the set-up mode.
The Intertek mark warrants an approved in-factory certification procedure, applicable to prefabricated buildings, modules, and manufactured homes that complement the required on-site inspection and testing. Intertek mark also assures the proper fabrication at the plant and adherence to all necessary local codes including structural, plumbing, gas, heating and electrical services and intends to circumvent the necessity to inspect by local authorities the above mentioned services. The Intertek mark does not cover site connections to municipal services, other not certified units, or site mounting features.
