| Description |
The Memphis Wood Fire Grills covered by this report are residential, outdoor use, cord connected wood pellet-fired barbeques. The Memphis Wood Fire Grills are constructed of stainless steel and are rectangular in design, with a single lift style door to access the cooking area, a hopper is located on the back of the unit which augers pellets to the firepot which is located in the center of the cooking area, a controller is located on the right side of the unit which controls feed rate and temperature. |

Testing was conducted on the Elite Cart as a representative for the other models. All models are similar in design, operational and component usage.
Models Elite Cart and Pro Cart are identical in design with the only difference being the Elite Cart is the larger of the two, both models are designed with an enclosed cart with casters beneath the unit.
Models Elite Built in and Pro Built in are identical in design with the only difference being the Elite Built in is the larger of the two, both models are supplied without the cart and designed to be mounted in cabinet style construction. |
