Jeld-Wen 8-007-X-19 and 8-007-X-20 Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA) Adhesive
Jeld-Wen 8-007-X-19 Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA) Adhesive is used as a component in 20 through 90 minute flush wood fire door assemblies to adhere the core material to the crossband material with wood veneer faces (may also be used to adhere the wood veneer faces to the crossband material) in the following door constructions.
	- Any listed and labeled 20 minute flush wood door with a solid wood type core (e.g., particleboard, wood block (stave), agrifiber, etc.)
 
	- 45 Minute flush wood doors with Warm Springs listed fire rated WSCP 412 mineral core.
 
	- Up to and including 90 minute flush wood doors with Lexington Response Engineered Mineral (REM) core.
 
Jeld-Wen 8-007-X-20 Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA) Adhesive is used as a component in 20 and 45 minute flush wood fire door assemblies to adhere the core material to the crossband material with wood veneer faces (may also be used to adhere the wood veneer faces to the crossband material) in the following door constructions.
	- Any listed and labeled 20 minute flush wood door with a solid wood type core (e.g., particleboard, wood block (stave), agrifiber, etc.)
 
	- 45 Minute flush wood doors with Warm Springs listed fire rated WSCP 412 mineral core.
 
	- Up to and including 90 minute flush wood doors with Lexington Response Engineered Mineral (REM) core.
 
Ratings and Limitations
For use as a listed internal component within listed and labeled positive or neutral pressure 20 through 90 minute flush wood fire rated doors with wood veneer faces.
Minimum Application Rate
	- 63.5 grams (± 0.5 grams) per ft2 of panel face (20 minute flush wood doors with solid wood core & 45 minute flush wood doors with Warm Springs core).
 
	- 110 grams (± 0.5 grams) per ft2 of panel face with 8-007-X-19 PVA Adhesive and 34.3 grams (± 0.5 grams) per ft2 of panel face with 8-007-X-20 PVA Adhesive (Lexington REM core).
