The WeatherWeld Roof System serves as a roof coating that can be applied over pre-existing roof surfaces or incorporated into new roofing assemblies. WeatherWeld is composed of asphalt emulsion blended with fiberglass. Acrylic coatings may be installed over WeatherWeld.

1. Existing roof surfaces such as BUR, TPO or EPDM, or new roof decks of min. 15/32-in. AC grade, Group 1 Exterior plywood, concrete, steel, or to metal substrates
2. Weatherweld Asphalt Emulsion applied at min. 30 gal./100 ft2 (fiberglass roving must be mixed with Emulsion at 30 gal. of emulsion to 16 lbs. of fiberglass roving)
3. Optional - WeatherWeld Acrylic Base Coat applied at 1.5 gal./100 ft2 followed by WeatherWeld Acrylic Top Coat applied at 1.5 gal./100 ft2
