The WeatherWeld Roof System serves as a roof coating that can be applied over pre-existing roof surfaces or incorporated into new roofing assemblies. WeatherWeld is composed of asphalt emulsion blended with fiberglass. Acrylic coatings may be installed over WeatherWeld.

Details: 1. Existing roof surfaces such as BUR, TPO or EPDM, or new roof decks of min. 15/32-in. AC grade, Group 1 Exterior plywood, concrete, steel, or to metal substrates
2. Weatherweld Asphalt Emulsion applied at min. 30 gal./100 ft2 (fiberglass roving must be mixed with Emulsion at 30 gal. of emulsion to 16 lbs. of fiberglass roving)
3. Optional - WeatherWeld Acrylic Base Coat applied at 1.5 gal./100 ft2 followed by WeatherWeld Acrylic Top Coat applied at 1.5 gal./100 ft2
