Category A Doors – No Additional Edge-Sealing System Required
Category B Doors – Additional Edge-Sealing System Required
A field applied intumescent edge seal (Category G) is required for Category “B” applications (both vertical edges and across the door head). Can be frame applied or door edge applied - please consult listed intumescent edge seal manufacturer's installation instructions.
Flat and Raised Panel (Proprietary Construction), Single Swing Fire Door for installation in 20 minute single locations (with hose stream). For use in any "Category C - Standard" frame or in any "Category C - Proprietary" frame in accordance with the door manufacturer's installation instructions.

Cylindrical Latch/Mortise Locks/Deadbolts (cylindrical, mortise, & interconnected)/Rim Type Fire Exit Devices/Surface Mounted Closers/Surface Mounted Protection Plates/Viewers/Mortised or Surface Mounted Door Bottoms.
